Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Charles. 

The church is located at 1145 N. 5th Ave., about 1/2 mile north of Route 64 (see map).  

Please note: Fifth Avenue is also known as Route 25. Enter from the west "lower entrance" of the  church"  (Off 3rd Avenue between Marion and Johnor Avenues)
